We are excited to announce Saturday Respite at Behaviour Solutions DCAFS!

Our respite program is designed to provide a flexible, short-term break from caregiving for families, allowing for rest and renewal. Our goal is to support caregivers and families so that they have the strength and energy to continue to be active care providers for their loved ones.

Saturday Respite is tailored to meet the unique needs of each family. We offer a range of on-site activities and support, including relationship building, learning objectives, play, skill building, and more! At Behaviour Solutions DCAFS, we believe that regular respite care can help families in many ways. It can reduce stress, help families feel less isolated, increase their involvement in community life, and provides additional time for your personal life.

We also ensure that respite care benefits the person being supported. Regular respite can help children and youth with complex needs develop relationships outside their families and increase their independence.

Equally as important, Saturday Respite is designed to provide an environment for fun! Our dedicated and trained Respite Team lead education periods, physical fitness activities, games, lunch, and our featured “Theme Days” with holiday-specific activities.

Join us for Saturday Respite at Behaviour Solutions DCAFS! We provide a warm, friendly, and supportive environment for families. Our respite program is a great opportunity to take a break from caregiving, rejuvenate, and provide your loved one with a great day of care and fun!
