DESCRIPTION:We are excited to announce the launch of our new program\, The Mindfulness Group\, designed to help youth learn coping strategies and develop mindfulness skills. Led by our experienced facilitators\, this one-and-a-half-hour group will focus on introducing participants to the AIM curriculum by Mark Dixon BCBA-D. \nIn this workshop\, participants will engage in various fun activities that will not only teach them about mindfulness but also help them become more flexible in their thinking and problem-solving.
